Bio

Leadership is more than a role or a set of skills. It is an expression of how we think, relate, and act within complex human systems.

In times of transition, conflict, or growth, that alignment can become strained. Leaders may feel pulled between strategy, relationships, and the demands of execution.

My work focuses on helping leaders and organizations realign these dimensions so leadership becomes steadier, more integrated, and more effective.

For more than twenty years I have worked with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity, supporting them as they strengthen how they lead, connect, and evolve.

My work sits at the intersection of:

• Leadership development and executive coaching
• Organizational culture and team dynamics
• Systems thinking and strategic change
• Human-centered frameworks that deepen self-awareness and relational capacity

My background blends academic rigor with practical application. I hold a PhD in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a certificate in Business Analytics from the Wharton School. I am also certified in the Enneagram and MBTI, and draw from depth psychology and integrative leadership frameworks that help leaders understand both the structural and human dimensions of their work.

Clients often seek this work when:

• Leadership feels disconnected from purpose or values
• Teams are navigating tension, change, or uncertainty
• Strategy needs to reconnect with culture and mission
• Organizations want to strengthen how people think, relate, and act together

Rather than offering quick solutions, I guide leaders through a process of inquiry, reflection, and practical integration so that change becomes sustainable rather than reactive.

If you are navigating a leadership transition, organizational change, or a moment that calls for deeper alignment, I welcome the conversation.
